Genesis Housing Inc. is a non-profit, local community-owned organization providing affordable, one and two-bedroom apartment homes for seniors 62+ and the disabled community since 1972. All homes are accessible and designed to promote independence to ensure our residents live with compassion and dignity. With locations in Oregon (Dane County) and Brooklyn (Green County), our communities are located in beautiful rural Wisconsin and professionally managed by Wisconsin Management Company. Genesis Housing is federally subsidized housing and is exempt from renting to those who are not elderly or disabled. Please note that second-floor apartment homes will require the use of the stairs.
