Springtown Apartments is all electric. We pay for water and trash. Tenant pays for electric, cable and internet. Apartments are income restricted. and a $500.00 deposit is required. We accept small pets with pet deposit on a case by case basis. No eviction history and background checks are completed on all adults over the age of 18. We accept Section 8.
